With 25 years of experience in the recruiting industry, Joe Goddard serves as managing partner of The Cardinal Group and Bronko Technology Consulting, Inc. in Fayetteville, Arkansas. In addition to his business pursuits, Joe Goddard of Fayetteville has participated on multiple non-profit boards of such groups as the Northwest Arkansas Touchdown Club and Workmatters.

Founded in 2002, Workmatters has steadily grown into a nationwide organization, emphasizing the Bible-based significance of work and the opportunity of benefiting society through industry. The non-profit organization aims to magnify the impact of daily labor by helping its members establish careers and become better leaders. To further this effort, Workmatters hosts two major events, a Leadercast and a forum.

The 2017 Workmatters Forum will convene on October 20th, and several entrepreneurs and executives of Fortune 500 companies will address those in attendance. With the objective of fostering courageous leadership, speakers will center their remarks on finding a balance between work and faith, among other topics.
