A veteran of the recruiting industry, Joe Goddard of Fayetteville, Arkansas, serves as managing partner of the Cardinal Group. In this role, he leads a Fayetteville company that operates Bronko Technology Consulting, Inc., and Cardinal Healthcare Group, Inc. Outside of his leadership role at the company, Joe Goddard contributes to several local organizations, including Workmatters.

Founded in 2002 at Central United Methodist Church in Fayetteville, Workmatters quickly expanded to include members throughout Northwest Arkansas. Workmatters is a Christian organization that brings together believers who strive to find meaning in their work. The group sees work as a fundamental part of life and a way to worship God.

Workmatters ultimately helps individuals discover the Lord’s purpose for their work. Believing that God uses Christians in the workplace, the organization has established a goal of equipping 1 million Christians across 10,000 companies by 2025.

Workmatters attracts thousands of individuals to its live events and engages some 6,500 people a week through its blog posts and video content.
